At tonight’s wine pairing and pouring, we will be preparing Italian Sausage Pasta with the sausage on the side for those who wish to include meat with their dish. This classic is fast, easy, and uses minimal ingredients. It’s the perfect weeknight dinner that tastes like it came from a famous Italian restaurant.
We have a great variety of wines this evening. Stella Rosa Blueberry from Italy is undeniably irresistible. It’s a proprietary blend of several Italian red grape varietals. The wine is then combined with all-natural flavors of blueberry distillates & purée. The end result is a delectable semi-sweet, fresh red wine with the perfect amount of sparkle! La Vieille Ferme Rose has all the characteristics of an attractive rose. It is pretty pale-pink color, with soft undertones. Fresh and very aromatic nose, this French wine has a delicate bouquet with notes of red fruit, flowers and citrus fruit. There is a nice balance between sweetness and acidity in the mouth. This wine is fresh and balanced, a beautiful expression of this beautiful vintage with lots of fruit! Big Smooth Cabernet Sauvignon, a house favorite, has big aromas of Bing cherries, toasted coconut and vanilla. It boasts flavors of blackberry cobbler and caramel with a subtle spiciness and a very smoooooth label!
