For this week’s wine pairing and pouring, Arny will be using Carfagna’s Sicilian Sauce, made with baby portabella mushrooms and roasted peppers. Our wines for the evening include Tropical Mango Moscato from Italy's Asti region, a fresh, bright and intensely aromatic wine with notes of peaches, honey, and ripe mangoes; Fenn Valley Pinot Grigio, a clean, crisp dry white wine made in the classic Italian style allowing apple and peach flavors to become forward on the palate with no lingering aftertaste; and 1000 Stories Pinot Noir, a boldly crafted wine that brings notes of wild cherry, black raspberry and vanilla seasoned in American oak.
