Every 1st Friday of the month you have the option to pair bourbons instead of wine at our weekly pairing and pouring. Tonight's option contains three 1.5 oz pours of bourbon from our open inventory which now contains over 40 different types. By popular request, we have added a premium bourbon pouring from our top-shelf inventory for those bourbon aficionados dedicated to trying the high-end spirits. There is a slight difference in price if you choose either bourbon options. Our wines for the evening include St. Ambrose Grateful Head Draft Mead, a wild combination of mango, habanero, apple and honey that will tickle your tastebuds with just enough heat; Trapiche Broquel Malbec, a Argentinian wine with plum and black cherry notes and a touch of black pepper; and, as a tribute to our injured staff member, Left Foot Charley Stumble, from Traverse City. The name says it all! As a pairing for our main course, Arny will be preparing Chicken Parma Rosa. Join us tonight from 5-8 p.m. for this unique downtown experience.
