It’s the beginning of fall already. We have another 1st Friday of the month this week - you have the option to pair bourbons instead of wine at our weekly pairing and pouring. Tonight's option contains three, 1.5 oz pours of bourbon from our top shelves which now contain over 50 different types. There is a slight difference in price if you choose the bourbon option. For the non-bourbon pairing, we are offering your choice of our Kayla Rae Ciders and Rhythm & Blues Draft Mead with black currants and blueberries from St. Ambrose. Kayla Rae Cellars, Rockford’s hometown winery, offers wines, hard ciders and beer. Acqua In Vino carries a wide variety of their hard ciders – apple pie, blackberry, blueberry, cranberry, peach, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry and watermelon. You’ll be able to try them tonight. To celebrate downtown, there are different scarecrows displayed and decorated by various businesses. Make sure you check out Corky’s Bar in front of Acqua In Vino. We’ll see you tonight from 5-8 p.m.
